🔓 MTK Bootloader Unlock — Premium Procedure
⚡ Slot-aware unlock: dump only LK_A if the device is on slot A, or only LK_B if it's on slot B. Patch, then restore the same slot.
Connect and identify the active slot
• Open SmartTool and click Connect on the MTK tab
• After connecting, identify the slot
• If the slot is A → dump LK_A only
• If the slot is B → dump LK_B only
📌 Only one LK partition is needed — the one for the active slot
Load the file into MTK Bootloader Unlock
• Navigate to MTK Bootloader Unlock in SmartTool
• If your slot is A → load LK_A on both LK_A and LK_B slots in the tool
• If your slot is B → load LK_B on both LK_A and LK_B slots in the tool
💡 The same file goes into both tool slots — this is required by the patch engine
Patch
• Click 🚀 PATCH
• Wait until patching completes
🔧 SmartTool generates the unlocked LK file(s)
Restore the patched file to the same slot
• If your slot is A → restore LK_A
• If your slot is B → restore LK_B
📌 Restore only the slot you originally dumped
Bootloader unlocked → flash custom
• The bootloader is now UNLOCKED
• Proceed to Flash Custom to install your ROM

Unlock the bootloader first
• Complete the MTK Bootloader Unlock procedure above
• Confirm the bootloader is unlocked before flashing a custom ROM
⚠️ Custom ROMs cannot be flashed on a locked bootloader
Download the Custom ROM
• Download SMARTTOOL_CUSTOM_OS_ANDROID_16.rar from the top banner
• Extract the archive to get the system image
Boot the phone to recovery → fastboot
• From recovery, boot the device to fastboot mode
Open SmartTool Flash Custom
• Open SmartTool → Flash Custom tab
• Select Custom OS image (the extracted ROM)
• Select Original VBMETA image
• Click ⚡ FLASH CUSTOM
💡 Flash Custom is FREE — no credits deducted
Wait for the ✅ DONE message
• Do NOT unplug the device
• Wait until SmartTool shows ✅ DONE
• Device will automatically reboot into recovery
